Who we are

HelpWorks Italia has been designed as a point of reference for overseas property buyers, absent homeowners and foreigners permanently living and working in Tuscany or Umbria.

We are based in Camucia di Cortona, near to the Tuscan and Umbrian border. Our areas of competence are all within a 30 minute radius and include Cortona, Castiglion Fiorentino, Castiglion del Lago, Montone and Umbertide.

We provide a friendly and personal service and have a network of tried and trusted local professionals whose individual areas of expertise cover most potential needs: accountants, builders, plumbers, cleaners etc...

HelpWorks Italia's intention is to help, not hinder. We aim to assist your autonomy, provide you with a comfortable self sufficiency and safeguard your interests in a foreign country.

Property for Sale

HelpWorks Italia's (HWI's) Sales Directory is a listing of properties either advertised directly and personally by their owners (i.e. a direct sale for which no agency fees are due) or advertised directly by estate agencies (for which agency fees would be due). Both categories are clearly identified on the HWI web site.

If you are thinking of purchasing a property it might interest you to know that HWI, for a fixed fee, can assist you through all the various stages of purchase right through to the eventual notarised contract, and even beyond.
