Who we are
HelpWorks Italia (HWI) is a small but expanding company based in Cortona on the Tuscan Umbrian border. It has been designed, as a point of reference and assistance for overseas property buyers, overseas home owners and foreigners living and working in Italy.
Throughout much of Tuscany and Umbria it provides a wide range of services - based on the experiences of many - which it considers those most useful, practical and necessary for settling in and setting up in a foreign country where one doesn't necessarily speak the language or have a clear grasp of the bureaucratic and legal systems in place.
Our Directories
If you are proficient in Italian, but just don't know who to turn to, our bilingual Regional Services Directory is a listing of everyday services local to your area, which is enhanced by client feedback for safer choices. Everybody listed can be contacted directly by you or through HWI if your Italian is not yet sufficient.
Our International Services Directory, similarly designed, is created for property purchasers and/or holiday makers. It includes estate agencies, rental agencies, law firms, financial institutions etc...
Our Private Sales and Rental Directories are listings of privately owned properties for sale or rent whose owners can be contacted directly by you. As with our other directories, various safeguards are in place to provide you with safe choices.
