About Us
Alison Koetser, founder of HelpWorks Italia, has lived in Italy for over 20 years and she is well aware of the challenges presented by learning a new language, finding work, setting up a business, integrating into a local community and maintaining what for many people, is a second home.
It is not always easy.
The formation of HelpWorks Italia was made possible by the help of a large group of professionals who share common beliefs, complementary skills and quality standards.
All of these people are local residents − both foreigners and Italian nationals alike − and many of them form the core of the HelpWorks Italia's organisation.
One of HelpWorks Italia's principle objectives is to provide a comprehensive assistance for those foreigners who live locally in the Cortona area, but a second, equally important objective is to provide a reference point for those who live further afield.
It is for this reason that HelpWorks Italia has created its International and Regional Services Directories, which are both based on the simple but transparent concept of client feedback and a rating system. The International Directory allows for an unbiased, informed and safe choice for anyone seeking professional advice and services in Italy, even from abroad. The Regional Directory provides an indispensable reference guide of useful and important contacts for those foreigners living in various localities throughout Tuscany and Umbria.
With your continued collaboration these Directories will allow all people visiting or living in Tuscany and Umbria an informed choice for who to turn to when in need.
