Casa Raphaela
Casa Raphaela has been a rustic retreat for Hollywood film directors, musicians, photographers, artists and writers for many years and its owner hopes to provide the perfect atmosphere for creative souls and the tranquility for those needing peace and beauty intertwined.
As one of the few agriturisms in the area offering maid service, catering if needed, pizzas made in the stone pizza oven, swedish massage and shopping deliveries on request, Casa Raphaela is a cosy and beautiful home in which to take a break. Isolated but within easy reach of Cortona (famously filmed in ‘Under the Tuscan Sun’ and home of the world famous ‘Tuscan Sun Festival’) and just 10 minutes from Lago Trasimeno, where fresh fish are caught and cooked daily.
Casa Raphaela consists of a main house, a converted chapel and a pool house. It can comfortably sleep 11 but there is also a sofa bed and a travel cot if needed.
Immersed in a beautiful green valley with stunning views, Casa Raphaela is a home you will never want to leave.
