Comfortable apartment in an independent wing of a period villa situated in a peaceful and panoramic hillside location very near to the famous town of Cortona. From the property one can enjoy a wonderful view out over the Valdichiana valley as far as Lake Trasimeno. The garden is furnished with tables, chairs, deck chairs and a gazebo and is surrounded by countryside ideal for walking: the perfect environment for a peaceful and relaxing holiday immersed in uncontaminated surroundings.
Cortona, with shops and services of every type - theatres, museums and many cultural and sporting centres is one of the best known and visited towns of Tuscany. It is just five minutes away by car. Lake Trasimeno, where one can do water sports is about 15 kilometres from the house.
The furnishings offer every comfort and are in typical Tuscan style. There is independent central heating and a television (not satellite). The apartment consists of a spacious living room with fireplace, sofas and armchairs, a kitchen - breakfast room, a double bedroom, a twin bedroom, a walk through room with a sofa bed and a bathroom with a small bath.
