The Tuscan farmhouse `Mandorli´ is surrounded by 6 hectares of vineyards and olive groves biologically cultivated. It lies on the hillside outside Cortona with a view over the Chiana Valley and Mount Amiata e Montepulciano.
The village of Terontola is only two kilometres from the house. There one finds the railway station, banks, a chemist and supermarkets.
Nearby is the famous Etruscean town of Cortona, which holds the famous 'Tuscan Sun Festival' and many other theatrical and musical performances. The town itself is a timeless, relaxed area for shopping, dining and socialising.
Lago Trasimeno is also within 15 minute drive from the house where you can catch a boat out to one of the three small, but beautiful islands and enjoy the outstanding and endless views or simply sip a glass of wine at the lakeside.
The weekly price for this property is €.1,200 - 1,350.
