In a small hamlet just a few metres from the village of Teverina, an attached house of 100 mtsq composed of kitchen, sitting room, two bedrooms and bathroom on the first floor ( 50mtsq) and two rooms with bathroom and cantina on the ground floor (50sqmts)

The village of Teverina is literally at the end of the driveway where there is a small bar/ shop with all basics, a petrol station, a football pitch and a parish church which hosts a variety of traditional festas throughout the year, one of which is dedicated to the foreigners, Festa degli Stranieri- in Cortona and the surrounding areas.


Cortona, at a distance of 25 mins, is a lively and almost cosmopolitan town with many major artistic/cultural events held throughout the year, Camucia 35 mins has a mainline train station Florence - Rome - Milan, and from where there is also access to all major motorways.


S.Leo in the opposite direction to Cortona is at a distance of about 20mins with access to the E45 Cesena Rome motorway at 35mins.
