The Caigherardi Agriturism is situated on the green hills of the upper Tiber valley, only a few kilometers from the antique medieval village of Montone . Immersed in the absolute quiet, it is conveniently located just a few kilometers away from some of the most picturesque Umbrian towns like Gubbio, Perugia, Assisi, Lago Trasimeno.
The structure is a traditional farmhouse, which until a few years ago was inhabited by the farmers that still nowadays are cultivating the land. Subsequently restored, it retains its original charm of a rural dwelling.
The property has over 40 hectares of land and includes the cultivation of a vineyard, olive trees and fruits trees. It’s an ideal spot for a relaxed and fun vacation, with enticing naturalistic itineraries and sports facilities supplied on request. Not to forget are the annual historic, cultural and appetizing eno-gastronomic events carried out in the area.
The Caigherardi Agriturism is composed of eight independent apartments with a total of 11 bedrooms. One of the apartments has been adapted for people with reduced mobility. There is also a big room for group activities. The building can sleep a total of twenty. All of the rooms are meticulously decorated : terra-cotta floors, ceilings with reclaimed wooden beams and walls in original stone which create a lovely setting for the fireplace.
The interiors have been carefully designed with nothing left to chance: the wooden furniture and the traditional Umbrian décor enhance the rooms and create a cosy and welcoming ambience. The apartments are provided with private services, kitchen, fridge and TV. Small, well behaved domestic pets allowed.
