In one of the prettiest areas of Tuscany, a beautiful property in an elevated position with lovely views, a well tended garden and a stunningly positioned swimming pool. The house is private, but not isolated and is a short distance from the hill top town of Cortona which dates back to the Etruscans.

The house which can be rented as a whole or separately, consists of two apartments designed in such a way that both enjoy complete privacy. The larger apartment with two bedrooms consists of a well designed kitchen, spacious dining room, bathroom and laundry room, a stone staircase leading up to the second floor where there is sitting room with fireplace, the three bedrooms and one bathroom. The smaller apartment which has two bedrooms consists of a kitchen, dining room/sitting room, the two bedrooms and a bathroom.

A pretty covered patio outside has been designed for eating ‘al fresco’ with a gorgeous view over towards the hilltop town of Cortona. The 12 x 6 metre infinity swimming pool has been placed where it is not intrusive, but nor is it at any distance from the house.

The property is completely fenced and an automatic gate leads into a private driveway. All utilities are attached including central heating. The property is very convenient and easily accessible with the small village of Tavarnelle at a distance of 1.5 kms, Camucia di Cortona with its mainline rail station at a distance of approximately 3 kms and Cortona itself at a distance of 5 kms.

Prices for large apartment are €1.000 - €2.300 per week.

Prices for small apartment are €550 - €1.250 per week.

Down payment 30% of the total to confirm booking, the rest 60 days prior arrival.

Final Cleaning: € 16/p.Security Deposit: € 500.
