Disclaimer

1. HWI is not an estate agency and is acting merely as an advertising medium with regard to its Sales Directory. You, as the potential purchaser, accept and agree that any claims or eventual disputes that might arise with regard to any agreement, written contract, deposit made or eventual purchase you may make through a private property owner or estate agency advertising in HWI's Sales Directory will be taken up directly with the property owner/estate agency who is the sole responsible party.
2. HWI assumes no responsibility and in no way guarantees the accuracy of the information contained in any of the Sales advertisements in its Sales Directory in that all of the information and photographic material displayed has been supplied directly by the property owners/estate agencies, who themselves guarantee the veracity of the material displayed when accepting HWI's Terms and Conditions and who themselves indemnify HWI against any claims or expenses arising from any eventual dispute in this matter.
3. All private vendors have categorically stated and undersigned in HWI's Terms and Conditions regarding its Sales Directory that they are not estate agencies, delegates of an estate agency or in any way acting on behalf of an estate agency, in that they are private individuals personally advertising their own properties for sale to third parties. You, as the potential purchaser accept that HWI is not responsible in any way should this prove to be a false claim and you agree that any claims or expenses arising from any eventual dispute in the matter will be taken up with the property owner who is the sole responsible party.
4. By submitting property details to HWI for publication, either privately or as an agency, all vendors (whether private individuals or agencies) categorically state that they are the legal owner of the property whose details have been submitted for publication with the sole right to sell, OR that they have legal power of attorney/a delegate on behalf of the property owner or legal power of attorney/delegates on behalf of one or more owners to whom the property pertains. You as the potential purchaser accept that HWI is not responsible in any way, should this prove to be a false claim and you agree that any claims or expenses arising from any eventual dispute in the matter will be taken up with the property owner who is the sole responsible party.
5. HWI is not responsible for any agreement - verbal or written - that you as a potential purchaser might voluntarily enter into with a property owner/estate agency. By signing an agreement with a property owner/estate agency you and the property owner/estate agency are entering into a binding, mutual contract and therefore we advise both parties to read, understand and accept any conditions therein with the utmost care.
6. HWI's Log Book Certificate is a confirmation that the description and facts supplied by the owner/estate agency and displayed in his/her advertisement are accurate and that the property, as far as a surveyor can be held professionally responsible, is ready for sale. You, as the potential purchaser agree and accept that HWI is not responsible for the accuracy of the Log Book in that its contents are the sole responsibility of the qualified surveyor and the property owner/estate agency and you agree that any claims or expenses arising from any eventual dispute in the matter will be taken up with the property owner and/or surveyor who are the responsible parties.
