1. HWI is not a rental agency and is acting merely as an advertising medium with regard to its Private Rentals Directory. You, as the rental client, accept and agree that any claims or eventual disputes that might arise with regard to any holiday you may book through a private property owner advertising in HWI's Private Rentals Directory will be taken up directly with the property owner who is the sole responsible party.
2. HWI assumes no responsibility and in no way guarantees the accuracy of the information contained in any of the Private Rental advertisements in its Private Rentals Directory in that all of the information and photographic material displayed has been supplied directly by the property owners who themselves guarantee the veracity of the material displayed when accepting HWI's Terms and Conditions and who themselves indemnify HWI against any claims or expenses arising from any eventual dispute in this matter.
3. All property owners have categorically stated and undersigned in HWI's Terms and Conditions regarding its Private Rentals Directory that they are not a rental agency, delegate of a rental agency or in any way acting on behalf of a rental agency, in that they are private individuals personally advertising their own properties for rent to third parties. You as the rental client accept that HWI is not responsible in any way, should this prove to be a false claim and you agree that any claims or expenses arising from any eventual dispute in the matter will be taken up with the property owner who is the sole responsible party.
4. HWI is not responsible for any agreement - verbal or written - that you as a rental client might voluntarily enter into with a property owner. By signing an agreement with a property owner you and the property owner are entering into a mutually binding contract and therefore we advise both parties to read, understand and accept any conditions therein with the utmost care.
