Our online Local Services Directory, displayed in both Italian and English, is a free listing of local artisans, suppliers, small businesses and activities, all of whom are recommended.

In order to be listed in the directory you either need to be nominated by HWI or be able to provide us with feedback received from your personal clients who can recommend the service you offer. The feedback is displayed on your listing to better promote your business.

The listing provides you with a full description of your service, your feedback, a location map, a photograph, your logo and a direct link to your own website.

If you don't have a website, HWI offers you the option of a gallery page which provides you with a photographic portfolio of up to 16 photographs and a detailed description of what it is you do. Gallery pages cost E.200 + IVA to create, but there is no annual renewal charge to pay.

HWI also prints an annual Information Guide which promotes, among its other services, its Local Services Directory. This booklet is published in May and up to 5000 copies are distributed throughout the Cortona area by both the comune and HWI's own distribution methods. Should you wish to place a paid advertisement in this booklet, please contact us before the end of December and request HWI's rate card. Prices start at just E.75 + IVA in order to make advertising in the booklet a viable option for everyone.

HWI's Sales Directory is a listing of properties either advertised directly and personally by their owners or advertised by estate agencies.

The cost of listing your property in HWI's Sales Directory is €.200 + IVA inclusive of the advertisement's translation into Italian or English and up to 12 colour photographs. For this fee we actively promote your property until it is sold, using a variety of advertising solutions including the internet, international publications and international property portals which means that tens of thousands of potential purchasers have the chance to view your property.

Should you prefer HWI's optional sales package, we charge a fixed fee of E.5.000 + IVA to be paid only after completion and which provides you with ongoing assistance throughout the sales procedure: the translation and forwarding of all contact emails, the organising of viewing dates and times, translation during viewings, the maintaining of contact by email or telephone should there be an interest in the property, the translation of all further correspondence and successive meetings, the overseeing of all contracts, their translation, the collation of necessary documentation required for your sale and our presence at completion in order to ensure all procedures are followed correctly.

HelpWorksItalia's (HWI's) Private Rentals Directory Directory is a listing of rental properties advertised directly and personally by their owners.

The cost of placing an advertisement in HWI's Rentals Directory is €150 + IVA per annum inclusive of a translation of your advertisement into Italian or English and up to 12 colour photographs. For this fee we actively promote your property using a variety of advertising solutions, including the internet and international publications. We can also, at your request, place your property on those international property portals we recommend which means that tens of thousands of additional holidaymakers will have the chance to view your house.

If you have positive feedback from past guests, please forward it to us. We will not only place their comments in the feedback section provided on your advertisement, but also award you a Quality Confirmed icon which will gain the confidence of potential clients who will be able to identify your property as a safe choice for their holiday.
