How to Advertise on our site
Regional Directory
HelpWorks Italia (HWI) is constantly seeking ways to expand the range of options it offers its overseas clients and, of equal importance, to support the local community in their business endeavours.
Our Regional Directory is a listing of companies and individuals who provide necessary, everyday services within their locality, such as builders, plumbers, electricians, surveyors, lawyers, accountants, car hire companies, taxi services etc... It is displayed in both English and Italian and has been designed to assist foreigners in making direct contact with local suppliers.
How to join our Directory:
- All we need from you is a short description of the service you provide
- one photograph (optional)
- your logo (optional)
- those contact details you wish to place on your advertisement so that clients can contact you directly.
- HWI offers a free translation service for all first time enquires should you require it.
- For telephone contact HWI's telephone number can be placed in your advertisement, in addition to your own. For all first time email enquiries, we can automatically arrange that HWI also receives a copy.
- Should you require any further assistance, we are always happy to help.
- All advertisements are displayed in both English and Italian.
- All advertisers in HWI's On-Line Regional Directory are automatically provided with a free listing in our printed version of the Directory which will be distributed free in many parts of Tuscany and Umbria (Cortona, Sansepolcro, Citta' di Castello, Umbertide, Arezzo, Perugia etc...)
The only condition we impose is that you encourage your clients to send us Feedback via the form on our website which can also be printed out easily and sent in to us by post or fax.
- Feedback consists of a comment and a rating provided by your client regarding the standard and quality of service you have provided.
- All the comments received will be sent on to you for promotional purposes and will not be displayed on your advertisement without your specific consent.
- The rating however, will automatically be displayed.
The goal of our Regional Services Directory is twofold:
- To provide a potential customer with a safe and informed choice.
- To promote local companies, which by their own merit have earned good ratings.
The cost of placing an advertisement in our Regional Directory which automatically includes a free listing in HWI's annual printed Directory is €65 + IVA (€78) per annum.
Renewing a subscription is optional not automatic.
International Directory
Our International Directory is designed to assist property purchasers and/or holidaymakers in their quest for safe and reliable professional choices.
It includes estate agencies, financial institutions, property management companies, rental agencies, insurance companies, legal firms etc...
How to join our Directory:
- All we need from you is a short description of the service you provide:
- one photograph (optional)
- your logo (optional)
- those contact details you wish to place on your advertisement so that potential clients can contact you directly.
- All advertisements are displayed in both English and Italian.
The service is FREE as long as you agree to accept the following two conditions:
- That HWI be provided a link from your web site.
- That you encourage your clients to send us in Feedback via the form on our web site which can also be printed out easily and sent in to us by post or fax.
- Feedback consists of a comment and rating provided by your client regarding the standard and quality of service you have provided.
- All of the comments received will be sent on to you for promotional purposes and will NOT be displayed on your advertisement without your specific consent.

Disclaimer: By placing an advertisement in HWI's International Directory you are automatically accepting all HWI's Terms and Conditions as displayed on our web site. It is your responsibility as the advertiser to ensure that you have read, accepted and understood both our Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy BEFORE placing an advertisement on our web site.
For Private Sales
HelpWorks Italia's (HWI's) Private Sales Directory is a listing of properties for Private Sale advertised personally and directly by their owners which potential purchasers can easily access and then contact the owner(s) themselves for more information and/or eventual viewings.
The cost of placing an advertisement in HWI's Private Sales Directory is €.200 + IVA*¹ (€.240) inclusive of the advertisement's translation into Italian or English and six colour photographs. For every additional photograph there is a charge of €.10 + IVA (€.12). For this fee we actively promote your property using a variety of advertising solutions, including the Internet and International Publications, until it is sold. We can also, at your request, promote it on other English language property websites throughout the world, which literally means that tens of thousands of additional potential purchasers have the chance to view your house.
HWI strongly encourages you to check the legal conformity of your property BEFORE you advertise it on our website. In order to assist you in this matter and to ensure all appropriate information is available to a potential purchaser (such as title deeds, planning permissions, certificates of conformity etc...), we can put you in touch with a qualified surveyor who will provide you with a Log Book of all necessary documentation required for the stipulation of a Final Notarised Contract for just €.300 + IVA (€.360) of which 50% can be deferred until the moment of sale. This will ensure there are no disappointing complications or disputes, especially for those purchasers travelling from abroad in order to complete the purchase. It's better to be safe than sorry!
All properties with a Log Book will be identified in HWI's Private Sales Directory by its unique Log Book icon.- Not only will this provide you with peace of mind, but it guarantees your property's legal conformity and readiness for sale which will gain the confidence of potential purchasers and generate more interest in your property.
- For just €500 you stand to save €.000s in agency fees.
- Should you already be in possession of the necessary sales documentation, but would like your advertisement to be identified by a Log Book icon, contact us and we will put you in touch with the surveyor.
How to Advertise Your Property:
- Request our Private Seller's Package which includes:
- various services designed to assist overseas or absent homeowners.
- details of our translation service.
- tips on how best to sell your home.
- a Private Sales Form, which should be filled in with as many facts and pertinent information as possible.
- our Terms and Conditions for advertising with HWI which should be read carefully.
- Select and send on to us at least four colour photographs of your property either by email or regular post.
- On receipt of all material, including the Private Sales Form/Terms and Conditions, which must be signed and sent back to us by regular mail or faxed through to us and once confirmation of payment has taken place, we will publish your advertisement - in both English and Italian - in our Private Sales Directory*².
And that's it. It really couldn't be simpler!
*¹ IVA is the equivalent of VAT and charged at a rate of 20%
*² If no complications arise this will be done within 14 days of receipt.
For Private Rentals
HelpWorks Italia's (HWI's) Private Rentals Directory is a listing of rental properties advertised directly and personally by their owners which potential rental clients can easily access and contact the owners themselves for more information and eventual bookings.
The cost of placing an advertisement in HWI's Private Rentals Directory is €150 + IVA*¹ (€180) per annum inclusive of a translation of your advertisement into Italian or English and four colour photographs. For every additional photograph there is a charge of €10 + IVA (€12). For this fee we actively promote your property using a variety of advertising solutions, including the Internet and International Publications. We can also, at your request, promote it on other English language property websites throughout the world which literally means that tens of thousands of additional holidaymakers will have the chance to view your house.
Generate more interest in your property and choose our Quality Confirmed option:
- HWI's Quality Confirmed Certificate, is awarded by an independent professional who, for an hourly rate of €40 IVA (€48), will visit your property, assess its overall quality and confirm if possible, that it is as advertised.
All properties with a Quality Confirmed Certificate will be identified in HWI's Private Rentals Directory by its unique Quality Confirmed icon. A summary of the survey, for potential rental clients to review, will be published as Feedback.- This certificate will not only generate a greater interest in your property, but it will also gain the confidence of potential rental clients who will be able to immediately identify it as a safe choice for their annual holiday.
- Everybody prefers a safe choice.
How to Advertise Your Property:
- Request our Private Renters Package which includes:
- details of our translation service.
- tips on how best to rent out your home.
- a Private Rental Form, which should be filled in with as many facts and pertinent information as possible.
- our Terms and Conditions which should be read carefully in regard to advertising your home with HWI.
- Select and send in to us at least four colour photographs of your property either by email or regular post.
- On receipt of all material, including the Private Rentals Form/Terms and Conditions, which must be signed and sent back to us by regular mail or faxed through to us, and once confirmation of payment has taken place, we will publish your advertisement - in both English and Italian - in our Private Rentals Directory*².
